-Saturday, February 9thWhere: North Clackamas Park at 5440 SE Kellogg Creek Drive in Milwaukie (map) -- look for the Friends ofTrees signs and white canopy
Timing: 9:00am - 1:00pm, but please arrive to the staging site by 8:45 am to be assigned to a planting crew and to enjoy free hot coffee and breakfast treats to get you started right!
What else: No experience is necessary and there is no need to register in advance -- all you need to do is simply show up! We'll provide gloves, tools and trained guidance -- just be dressed for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.
Please note: if you are under 18 years old and not attending with a parent/guardian, you will need to bring a signed copy of this Youth Waiver with you in order to participate.** (Please click the link for a downloadable .pdf form.)

-Better Living Show

Expo CenterTwo more helpers still needed! This is a unique outreach event for
JCWC each year. Along with four other regional Watershed Council's the
JCWC display will be helping to represent key concepts like
volunteerism, native plant gardening, eco-roofs, ground water, storm
run-off and riparian restoration. Each volunteer shift will have one
other WC representative or volunteer present, so you won't be alone.
No prior experience necessary, we can talk about this activity over
the phone or in-person beforehand if you'd like to sign up (parking
costs will be reimbursed by JCWC - but free access to the show is
permitted for all tablers).
